Rita Maximilian-Atassi is a 500 ERYT yoga teacher and an Institute of Integrative Nutrition Holistic Health Coach. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years, and have been enthusiastic about wellness and nutrition even longer. She is passionate about helping people reach their goals be it on the yoga mat and real life. Both her yoga teaching and health coaching practices are based on the principles of empowering people to learn and navigate their own journey and self-study towards a healthier and happier life. She also works full time as Program Officer at World Learning, one of the leading implementers of government sponsored international exchange programs in Washington D.C.
Carolyn Weininger is a E-RYT 500, YACEP Carolyn started teaching in 2001. Over the years she has studied different styles of yoga with many yoga teachers. She has over 800 hours of yoga teacher training and draws from a variety of influences. She creates a safe place where students can learn, play and get strong. Working hard and focusing inward is a journey of self-discovery. For the past two years she has served as an Athleta Ambassador and leads events that support women and girls in the N.VA area. When she is not teaching she enjoys music, travel, cycling and spending time with her friends and family.
